Shipping and Delivery Policy

We ensure fast and reliable delivery of all machines, trailers, and accessories across Europe.

1. Delivery Regions
We deliver to the following countries:

• France

• Netherlands

• Belgium

• Germany

For other EU countries, delivery may be arranged on request. Please contact our sales team for availability.

2. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 7 to 10 business days from the confirmation of payment, provided the machine is in stock. For accessories or spare parts, delivery may be faster depending on stock availability.

3. Delivery Method
Machines are transported on flatbed trucks or specialized trailers suitable for heavy equipment. Smaller items such as accessories or spare parts are shipped by courier. All deliveries are insured until handover to the customer.

4. Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. These costs are clearly indicated in your quotation or invoice before payment is requested. There are no hidden charges.

5. Receipt of Goods
Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the machine or accessory and sign the delivery note. Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the driver and to OverstockDirect.eu within 24 hours.

6. Returns
All purchases are covered by our 14-day trial period. If you are not satisfied or if the machine does not meet your expectations, we will take it back, cover the cost of return transport to one of our warehouses, and issue a full refund.

7. Warehouses
Our machines are shipped directly from our warehouses in:

• Île-de-France (Paris region)

• Bourgogne-Franche-Comté

• North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany)

• Baden-Württemberg (Germany)
