These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products on OverstockDirect.eu. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all sales of machines, trailers, and accessories made through OverstockDirect.eu. They are binding for all professional customers (farmers, contractors, SMEs, and municipalities) purchasing from us.

3. Products and Availability
All products offered on OverstockDirect.eu are CE certified and fully serviced before delivery. While we aim to keep our stock information up to date, availability is subject to confirmation at the time of order. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed promptly and offered an alternative or a full refund.

4. Prices and Taxes
All prices listed on OverstockDirect.eu are exclusive of VAT (HT). VAT will be applied according to the applicable EU rules at checkout. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly stated before order confirmation.

5. Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed directly through OverstockDirect.eu or via our sales team. Once an order is confirmed, an invoice will be issued. Payment must be made in full before delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are bank transfer or other secure methods indicated on the invoice.

6. Delivery
Delivery is available across France, Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Standard delivery time is 7 to 10 business days from the confirmation of payment. Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Warranty
All machines sold on OverstockDirect.eu come with an average of 36 months warranty. Warranty claims are handled by a local dealer or mechanic within our trusted service network, in your area. The customer will receive the service contact details on the day of delivery. Full warranty terms are available in our Warranty and Returns Policy.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 14-day trial period from the date of delivery. If the customer is not satisfied or if a defect is found, the product may be returned. OverstockDirect.eu will cover the cost of return to one of our warehouses and a full refund will be issued. Details are provided in the Warranty and Returns Policy.

9. Liability
Industrial Sales International shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or business interruption caused by the use or inability to use the products sold. Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective goods under the warranty terms.

10. Data Protection
Customer information is processed in accordance with GDPR requirements. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes arising shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
